Chrysler is set to reinvent itself. In fact, the brand is set to have a lineup of full battery-electric vehicles by 2028.

It all starts with the Airflow Concept. Just unveiled at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas, the four-door crossover will serve as the launch vehicle for this new era of electric mobility.

The Airflow Concept is not just an example of a Chrysler electric vehicle. It serves as a demonstration on a new generation of vehicles engineered to make the world cleaner, safer, and more seamlessly connected.

A new electric drive system propels the Airflow Concept. It will be capable of a range of 350-400 miles and is DC Fast Charging capable. Just in time for the arrival of new DC Fast Charging stations across the Twin Ports area.

Its exterior is cutting edge. It is a clean-sheet design that exudes its technology-forward mission. Up front is an LED-illuminated Chrysler wing logo crowning a cross-car grille/light blade.

The Airflow Concept will have the latest technology available for its occupants. It starts with the STLA SmartCockpit. Driven by the STLA Brain, the SmartCockpit acts as an extension of digital, work, and home environments. This is synced for a personalized experience for every passenger. Everyone gets a screen that is customized to their needs and wants.

The STLA Brain is also capable of over-the-air updates to the Airflow Concept. These updates will help keep the vehicle current with the latest software for the vehicle’s features.

The Airflow Concept offers a spacious place to enjoy the ride. If you look up, you have a panoramic roof. Look around, and there is a calming color palette. In all, the Airflow Concept provides a lounge-like experience that makes for a great place to get away from your normal routine.

As autonomous driving capabilities are becoming part of today’s automobiles, the Airflow Concept features STLA AutoDrive. This is a Level 3 autonomous driving system that can be updated through over-the-air technology as its capabilities are improved.

This is what the future of Chrysler will look like in a few years. The starting point is already here with the Pacifica Hybrid, Jeep Wrangler 4xe and Grand Cherokee 4xe. They will be joined by a lineup of full battery-electric vehicles available across all brands by 2028.
