Benna Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

Jun 12, 2023

The Jeep Wrangler is the world’s most recognized vehicle in the world as well as the most off-road capable. Benna CDJR is proud to tell you that for the 2024 model year, Jeep will add new technology, new models, and even more capability. All the changes stay true to the Wrangler heritage of delivering the freedom to go anywhere and do anything.

Overall, the Jeep model line features a new treatment to the front end and its famous 7-slot grille. The front fascia now ends above the bumper with black textured slots and gray metal bezels on most models with trim-level variations. There are also ten new wheel designs.

Changes are even bigger inside with a revised upper dash featuring a 12.3-inch touchscreen powered by the Uconnect 5 operating system, which includes standard wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Newly available within the Uconnect system are Trails Offroad comprehensive off-road trail guides for the 62 Jeep Badge of Honor trails. An upgradable subscription provides access to the full catalog of 3,000-plus Trails Offroad trail guides

Jeep Wrangler Willys

Willys

The 2024 Willys model increases its capability with a standard Tru-Lok rear locker, steel rock rails, 33-inch tires, and the Selec-Trac full-time transfer case with a 4LO ratio of 2.72:1. Also new is a trailer tow and heavy-duty electrical group.

Jeep Wrangler Rubicon

Rubicon

The Rubicon now features a 100:1 crawl ratio. And if that isn’t enough to get you through your rock crawling, there is now an available factory-installed Warn winch with an 8,000 lb. capacity that is mounted in a new steel bumper with removable end caps. The Rubicon also features Jeep’s first full-float Dana rear axle. This consists of a wheel hub assembly that is separate from the axle shaft, with a spindle bolted to the axle tube that supports the wheel hub via a pair of wheel bearings. Thus, the weight of the vehicle is transferred to the axle tube rather than the axle shaft itself so the latter is no longer subjected to torsional loads allowing its sole function to be transmitting power to the wheel hub. This new axle enables a maximum towing capacity of 5,000 pounds on Rubicon non-hybrid models.

The Rubicon X is added to the model line featuring a Rock-Trac full-time transfer case, integrated off-road camera, steel bumpers, and the Xtreme 35 Package with beadlock-capable wheels and 35-inch BFGoodrich all-terrain tires. The 470-horsepower Wrangler Rubicon 392 will also feature the Extreme 35 Package.

Jeep Wrangler High Altitude

High Altitude

The High Altitude model has more standard features, including the Sky One-Touch powertop, 12-way power & heated front seats, integrated front camera, and Selec-Trac full-time transfer case. 20-inch wheels and body-color bumpers also set the High Altitude apart from the rest of the model lineup.

Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 4XE

4XE

The Jeep Wrangler 4XE is America’s best-selling plug-in hybrid. With two electric motors, a 400-volt 17-kWh battery pack, a 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine, and TorqueFlite 8-speed automatic transmission, it produces a combined 375 horsepower, 470 lb.-ft. of torque, and 21 EV-only miles. For 2024, Wrangler introduces a more affordable Sport S 4xe model. The 2024 Wrangler 4XE also now offers the Jeep 4XE Power Box, featuring four 120-volt outlets with 30 amps of total output, to allow the battery pack to power external devices for camping or power tools. The Rubicon X is now also available with the 4XE drivetrain, though without the Extreme 35 Package.

Overall, the Jeep continues to find more ways to give people what they have always wanted in a Wrangler: Uncompromised freedom and capability. If you are interested in the 2024 Wrangler, contact Benna CDJR and ask for them to contact you when they start arriving later this year.
