The Chrysler Pacifica reinvented the minivan segment with a boldly styled and sculpted exterior and a highly-functional, yet beautifully-crafted interior. From every angle, its proportions, surfacing, and styling create an appearance not expected of a vehicle in the segment.

With its long wheelbase, wide track and low ground clearance, the Chrysler Pacifica appears planted, with a capable stance and athletic proportions. Tailored brightwork throughout the exterior acts as a “jewel” to highlight the styling.

Powertrain

The Chrysler Pacifica and Voyager feature a choice of two powerful, efficient, and advanced powertrains – the segment’s first hybrid vehicle, and the next generation of the award-winning Pentastar V-6 gasoline engine, which is mated to a segment-exclusive TorqueFlite nine-speed automatic transmission.

The Pacifica Hybrid, the industry’s first electrified minivan, will deliver an estimated range of 30 miles solely on zero-emissions electric power from a 16-kWh lithium-ion (Li-ion) battery. In city driving, it is expected to achieve an efficiency rating of 80 MPGe based on U.S. Environmental Protection Agency standards.

Interior

The beautifully crafted interior of the Chrysler Pacifica mixes high tech elements with a sculpted, muscular feel. Control elements are high tech and modern looking, with their hard surface contrasting with a soft, sculpted look elsewhere. Outlets appear more formal, highlighted by a simple chrome ring that was designed to be thinner for an exquisite, precise feel. Bezels feature a similarly weighted accent.

The new UConnect 5 touchscreen is set closer to the driver for a clean, technical look. With a glossy screen surface that allows for higher contrast, the touchscreen feels futuristic and in line with other modern devices, like a tablet. It is also a hub of connectivity, where you can wirelessly connect your smartphone through Apple CarPlay or Android Auto.

The thoughtfully crafted interior is as functional as it is beautiful. An unsurpassed amount of storage includes a large center console that features spaces specifically designed to fit devices like an iPad. The bottom of the console bin is deeper than the vehicle floor for added storage space. With Stow-N-Go, the second-row seats vanish to offer you maximum load capacity for pets, trips to the home improvement store, or just that road trip with the family.

For quick cleanup, the Stow ‘n Vac integrated vacuum, powered by RIDGID, is the highest-powered in-vehicle vacuum in the market and is located in the C-pillar trim area for easy access to all corners of the vehicle.

Safety and Security

The Chrysler Pacifica and Voyager showcases the latest in advanced safety and security technology, offering more than 100 standard and available features. Available for the first time on the all-new Pacifica is the Surround View camera, which uses four cameras positioned around the vehicle to provide 360-degree views, including a bird’s eye perspective of the vehicle and its surroundings. Other advanced features include:

• ParkSense Parallel/Perpendicular Park Assist, which uses ultrasonic sensors to guide the driver into parking spaces
• Adaptive Cruise Control with Stop and Hold, which maintains the distance between the vehicle and the one in front of it, and can bring the vehicle to a controlled stop under certain circumstances
• Forward Collision Warning-Plus, which deploys the brakes to alert the driver if an impact appears imminent and assists with driver response
• LaneSense Lane Departure Warning-Plus, which leverages electronic power steering (EPS) by delivering a torque input to alert and assist the driver with corrective action
