- A new special edition package, the 2023 Ram 1500 Limited Elite Edition, comes equipped with exclusive features and details like premium leather heated bucket seats, suede headliner, and a jeweled rotary shift.
- The 1500 (Ram)RED Edition returns with special features and configuration. A portion of sales will contribute to a total $4 million minimum to help the Global Fund fight health emergencies around the world. It comes with a UV-C console button that kills bacteria throughout the cabin.
- All models now include a Rear-Seat Reminder Alert, LED hitch light, available 12-inch Uconnect touchscreen with Emergency Vehicle Alert System, and available 12-inch digital cluster.
- Available 22-inch all-terrain tires on select models.
