Additionally, the first charge points from this project open to the public as soon as the summer of 2024. As one would imagine, all of this is just the beginning of the story at hand. Ushering in a New Era for EV Owners Everywhere

As we were saying, Stellantis and its partners are in the process of ushering in a new era for EV owners everywhere. While the initial 30,000-plus charge points are set for construction in North America, there are already plans to expand this extensive network all around the globe. But, before we get too far ahead of ourselves, let’s take a minute to discuss what we can expect from these next-generation charging stations.

What We Can Expect From These Next-Generation Charging Stations

Specifically designed with the customer’s experience in mind, these charge points will provide users with smooth, comfortable, and unparalleled charging opportunities. In addition to best-in-class charging capabilities, customers will also have several amenities to choose from while fueling up their vehicles. Included in this lengthy list of bonuses, one will find public bathrooms, food service sites, and even local retail operations. Furthermore, every charging station will offer both Combined Charging System (CCS) as well as North American Charging Standard (NACS) connectors, thereby serving every EV on the market today.

In other words, when you do business with industry-leading companies such as these, you can always expect them to follow through on their promises of exceptional customer service, uncompromising quality of products, unparalleled reliability, etc. In short, if their individual endeavors are already among the best in the industry, then just imagine what can happen when they all come together towards a common goal. Suffice it to say, this joint venture could very well be one of the most important moments in the history of EVs in North America, let alone the entire world.
